Various online maps and Charging Station Networks provide information about public EV charging stations based on your location or travel routes. Such as PlugShare, ChargePoint, Electrify America, EVgo etc.

Can Non Teslas Use Tesla Chargers?

No, not all electric vehicles (EVs) can use Tesla charging stations, nor Tesla can be charged on any common charging stations.
However, there are adapters available for both situations.

The Faster the Charging, the Higher the Rate
Charging your Tesla at home is the cheapest option (about $16), and your cost may increase by public DC Fast Charging (Empty to full charge around $26).
Your charging cost per 100 miles would be around $4-$4.5.

How Long Does It Take to Charge an EV?

Level 1 Charging - 120 Volts: 5 miles/hour, suitable for hybrid such as the Kia Niro, if you're able to charge up for 8 or more hours.
Level 2 Charging - 240 Volts: 20-30 miles per hour, a typical EV can be fully charged in 4 to 8 hours.
DC Fast Charging: 200 miles of range per hour, can charge up to 80% of capacity in 30 minutes or less. 

How Much Does a Commercial EV Charging Station Cost?

General cost can vary based on the type of charging station and capacity:
Level 1 charging stations (120 Volts) : $200-$700
Level 2 charging stations (240 Volts) : $400-$1200
DC Fast charging stations: $10,000 to $40,000 or more
