30-Day Returns and Refunds

At EVolve & Go, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind them. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a hassle-free refund or exchange. We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging.


Any new and unused EV Chargers / Adapters purchased from EVolve & Go can be returned for a refund or exchange within the first 30-days warranty upon receipt date. If you’re looking to return or exchange your EVSE products for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. 

In certain cases, products being returned for non-defective reasons, a restocking fee of 15% may apply, and the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. It is important to note that products being returned must meet the following conditions:

  1. The products have not been used and arrive intact.
  2. The return request is sent to us within 30 days of receipt via
  3. The products are in their original packaging and are delivered to us with a return shipping label (provided by EVolve&Go after confirming the return request).


For confirmed return requests, we will issue a refund as soon as the returned products are received. All refunds that are issued by EVolve&Go will be credited back to the original payment method used on your purchase. Please note that depending on your bank’s processing time that it could take additional business days for this to be reflected in your account.

Customers asking for a refund should be aware that:

  1. If a lower price is available on EVolve&Go store or other websites due to promotional sale, we may not refund the difference.
  2. EVolve&Go will not accept requests asking to refund the price difference because the customer failed (e.g., forgot to use / entered a wrong code) to use the provided coupon code before checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund from EVolve&Go yet, please contact us at before you file a dispute on Paypal.

Order cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not be shipped yet. “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to
