At EVolve & Go, we value each and every single purchase whether for personal use or distributing, and we gladly fulfill small orders and wholesale orders. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We are trying our best to speed up the process, making your EV charging device arrive as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated during the hard time since 2020.

Delivery Area

At EVolve & Go, we collaborate with a vast network of logistics partners to ensure seamless worldwide shipping for our customers’ EV charging needs. With our extensive reach, we can deliver to almost every country, as long as logistics coverage is available.

Shipping Method

The current shipping methods offered are Registered Air Mail, Express and USPS. Due to shipping policies, there are still some areas that are not available, you can check our order page or contact our customer service at support@ccsadapter.com.

At EVolve & Go, we prioritize fast and reliable shipping for our customers. We utilize trusted shipping services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure timely delivery of your orders. While we strive to offer shipping options through post mail, there are certain locations where this may not be feasible. In such cases, we may require an additional shipping fee to provide a more valuable and expedited service.

Shipment Time

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 7 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on countries. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For customers located in the Midwest U.S., the estimated shipping time frame for your orders is 7 to 12 business days. for customers residing in other parts of the country, it can take up to 12-15 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email support@ccsadapter.com.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost of EVolve & Go are calculated by the weight and varies for different EVSE models and different shipping methods.

Customers can track your EV Charger package status in personal account. Please use the correct tracking site to get valid shipping information.

You can cancel the order or change the shipping address anytime before we send the parcels out to you. But once your order has been shipped out, we cant refund or change the address. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any more questions at support@cssadapter.com.
