Every EV Charger or Charger Adapter undergoes rigorous testing to ensure top performance and is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the package and all items to ensure they meet your expectations.

If your EVSE chargers encounter any issues beyond our control or fail to perform as expected, our dedicated team is here to provide professional assistance and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase from EVolve&Go Shop.

Our policy includes a 30-day return and refund period, as well as a 12-month limited warranty, offering you peace of mind.

30 Days Return and Refund

We stand behind the quality of our EV Chargers & Adapters. We offer a guarantee period starting from the original date of purchase, typically providing a 30-day warranty for EVSE chargers and adapters.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and service. If, for any reason, you decide to return your EVSE within 30 days of receiving it, we accept unopened and unused items for a refund. Please note that refunds will be issued upon receiving the returned item, and the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable in such cases.

* Please be aware that items that have been opened, used, or are not in a resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.

How to Make A Warranty Claim

If you believe your EVSE items has a warranty issue, your first point of contact should be your EVolve&Go retailer where you purchased your chargers or adapters. The place of purchase will facilitate the claim with EVolve&Go on your behalf.

If you purchased directly from www.ccsadapter.com, submit a warranty claim to support@ccsadapter.com and a member of our support team will reach out to you once your claim has been reviewed.

Please follow the warranty process and contact our customer service stating:

  1. The order number.
  2. The item code(s) you wish to return.
  3. The reason for return.

Our Customer Service will review your case and offer a return back within 24 hours.
